⚠️ Aufgrund vorhersehbarer Ereignisse wird das in wenigen Stunden beginnende Wochenende eine Stunde kürzer als normal ausfallen.

In knallharten Verhandlungen ist es gelungen, diesen Umstand auszugleichen und ein um eine Stunde länger als normal ausfallendes Wochenende als Ergebnis zu präsentieren. Da im März kein Wochenende mehr hierfür zur Verfügung steht, wird das Ausgleichswochenende Ende Oktober stattfinden.

In investigativer Recherche konnte aufgedeckt werden, daß für mehrere Monate über den gesamten Sommer hinweg die Uhrzeit einen Versatz um exakt sechzig Minuten aufweisen wird. Rein rechnerisch bedeutet dies, daß in großen Teilen Europas die Zeitzone nicht mehr UTC+0100, sondern UTC+0200 entsprechen wird.

Manche Menschen glauben immer noch, dass sich Depressionen mit Schoki und Sonnenschein heilen lassen.
Wer Depressionen nicht ernst nimmt, hat noch immer nicht verstanden, dass wir von einer Krankheit sprechen, welche im schlimmsten Fall tödlich enden kann. Oftmals bekommt das Umfeld rein gar nichts von der Krankheit mit. Achtet auf Eure Mitmenschen.

Now ICE is wearing masks to hide from us all. Assholes wouldn’t mask up to save lives, but they’ll use them to hide from us while they kidnap people.

Those of us who were disabled prior to Covid felt hope when the pandemic hit.

Hope for a more inclusive society. For chronic illness research to advance faster because Long Covid was too big to ignore.

Instead we’ve ended up with fascists cutting all research funding.

The grief is real.

If you are not a US citizen and you are thinking about coming here, please strongly reconsider. I would be concerned for your safety, and to be honest these idiots need to feel the pain of tourism and international business drying up.

The US has what are effectively secret police snatching up people and disappearing them into a detention system. Some people reemerge in two weeks, some stay in there.

Don't risk it until something changes.

Security and hacker conferences and the like should really be considering alternate venues for international audiences, and consider whether they are being held in places queer folks within the US can safely attend.
