Landesarchiv Baden-Württemberg<p>Unerwarteter Fund zum "Nazi-Jäger" Fritz Bauer im <a href="https://xn--baw-joa.social/tags/Hauptstaatsarchiv" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Hauptstaatsarchiv</span></a> <a href="https://xn--baw-joa.social/tags/Stuttgart" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Stuttgart</span></a>!</p><p>In über 13.000 Akten des Justizministeriums, die aktuell vom Landesarchiv bewertet werden, fand sich eine Personalakte über Fritz Bauer mit einem Dienstzeugnis, ausgestellt von Oberstaatsanwalt Alois Frank.</p><p>👉 Darin heißt es: „Gerichtsassessor Dr. Bauer war vom 16. Januar bis 1. Juni 1929 bei der Staatsanwaltschaft Stuttgart beschäftigt. Er ist ein pünktlicher, fleißiger, rascher und ergiebiger Arbeiter. Seine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten sind gute. In der strafrechtlichen Literatur und Rechtsprechung kennt er sich gut aus. Bauer ist erhöhten Anforderungen voll gewachsen. Sein dienstliches Verhalten gab zu einem Tadel keinen Anlass. Über sein außerdienstliches Verhalten ist Nachteiliges nicht bekannt.“</p><p>💡 Fritz Bauer wurde 1903 in <a href="https://xn--baw-joa.social/tags/Stuttgart" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Stuttgart</span></a> geboren und arbeitete viele Jahre als Generalstaatsanwalt in <a href="https://xn--baw-joa.social/tags/Hessen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Hessen</span></a>.
